It describes order preparation times, delivery methods, applicable shipping fees, and certain conditions related to delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Order preparation times<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders are generally prepared and shipped within <strong>24 to 48 business hours<\/strong> following payment confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During peak periods\u2014particularly during the holiday season, maple syrup season, or special promotions\u2014processing times may be extended up to <strong>7 business days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We always do our best to prepare each order with care and as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Shipping and tracking<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders are shipped via a <strong>recognized carrier<\/strong>, including Canada Post or an equivalent courier service, depending on the destination and the nature of the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A <strong>tracking number<\/strong> is provided when this service is available. A shipping confirmation is sent by email once the order has been shipped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Delivery times may vary depending on the region, weather conditions, holidays, peak periods, or carrier capacity.
