This shipping policy applies to orders placed on the Saveurs & Couleurs website. It describes order preparation times, delivery methods, applicable shipping fees, and certain conditions related to delivery.
Order preparation times
Orders are generally prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours following payment confirmation.
During peak periods—particularly during the holiday season, maple syrup season, or special promotions—processing times may be extended up to 7 business days.
We always do our best to prepare each order with care and as quickly as possible.
Shipping and tracking
Orders are shipped via a recognized carrier, including Canada Post or an equivalent courier service, depending on the destination and the nature of the order.
A tracking number is provided when this service is available. A shipping confirmation is sent by email once the order has been shipped.
Delivery times may vary depending on the region, weather conditions, holidays, peak periods, or carrier capacity. These times remain estimates.
Shipping rates
We currently ship orders anywhere in Canada. Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and the order amount before taxes.
Quebec and Ontario
- Orders of $74.99 and under: shipping fee of $14.95 + taxes
- Orders of $75 and more: free shipping*
New Brunswick
Flat rate: $19.95 + taxes
Other Canadian provinces
British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island
Flat rate: $24.95 + taxes
Newfoundland and Labrador, Yukon, Nunavut, and Northwest Territories
Estimated fee: $29.95 + taxes*
Special conditions
* The rates shown correspond to the standard rates applicable to most orders.
However, additional fees may be required in certain situations, including:
- oversized or very heavy orders;
- fragile products requiring special packaging;
- deliveries to certain remote areas;
- cases where the carrier’s actual costs significantly exceed the expected rate.
If a shipping fee adjustment is necessary, we will contact you before shipping to confirm the applicable fees and obtain your approval.
Shipping address
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order.
Saveurs & Couleurs cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, returns, or additional fees caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address.
Shipping outside Canada
We do not currently offer shipping outside Canada.
Shipments to the United States or internationally are not available at this time, notably due to shipping costs and customs requirements.
